The Circular Bookings FAQ

Thank you for choosing The Circular for your upcoming booking. We want to make sure you have a great time so we have put together a brief FAQ document to help make sure everything goes smoothly. 

This document contains a few house policies and common questions we receive. We hope you find it helpful. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at hello@thecircular.ie

Decoration

It is not possible to hang balloons, streamers, glitter, banners, table decorations or other ‘party decor’ in the Main Bar, Good Room, Back Area and The Other Hand. 

It is, however, possible to have some limited, light decoration in our Back Room space (excluding glitter as it is almost impossible to clean!)

Audio / Video

Due to noise bleeds between rooms, it is not possible to play your own music in our bookable spaces, unfortunately.

Similarly, it is not possible to bring your own musicians, DJs, run karaoke, plug in a laptop/phone etc.

We have music piped throughout the building, playing The Circular playlists.

We do have a video facility in our Back Room space, which is available to use. It consists of a projector, drop-down screen and HDMI connection. All you need to do is bring a laptop with a HDMI output.

Food

Coke Lane Pizza is our in-house food provider. You can purchase pizza as needed, or you can place a group pizza order in advance.

Coke Lane Pizza also have very popular vegan options and a gluten-free pizza base available on request.

We do not allow alternative food from outside food providers, sorry.

Only food purchased on-site can be consumed on-site.

You may bring in your own cake. We cannot provide cutlery, napkins, or plates, unfortunately.

Drink

We can provide a drinks reception (eg glass prosecco or simple welcome cocktail) for your group. 

We can run a tab for your party or event. We will work with you to manage this tab, set a budget, range of drinks and so on.

It is not possible to create ‘special drinks deals’ for group bookings. We do however have a number of house drinks specials, the menus for which can be seen around the venue.

Please contact hello@thecircular.ie ahead of your booking date to organise drinks or tabs.

Kids Policy

Kids are more than welcome in the Main Bar, Back Room and Good Room areas at The Circular, however, we ask that they are off-site by 7pm.

We ask that our sidebar ‘The Other Hand’ remains an adult-only space.

We also ask for consideration of other customers with regard to kids playing/running around etc.
